Notice the thin rim of cytoplasm surrounding the large, single lipid droplet that occupies most of the cell.
Depending on the level at which the tissue was sectioned, the nuclei of adipocytes may not be visible. In the upper image, one adipocyte nucleus is highlighted in red when you move the mouse cursor over the image or click on it.
